C. B. Greer's Read-A-Thon (RAT) is extended through Friday, February 24. This RAT is sponsored by the Media Center. As you may have heard from your student(s) we are raising funds to purchase a vending machine. Not just any vending machine but a "book" vending machine. This machine only accepts a special token. Students will not buy books but instead, they will earn a trip to the Book Vending Machine based on criteria set by the teacher/school. To support this project simply activate your reader's personal page and use the promotional tools found there so friends and family anywhere in the world can show their support for your reader by making a donation to our RAT.
Activating your reader's account does not require a donation however to participate in the RAT on a classroom level a personal page must be created where readers record their reading sessions. Every student wants to be involved at least on this level so please consider registering and reconsider a donation. Reach out to your teacher(s) for their classroom code or email [email protected].
