The Glynn County School System will open the waiting list for prekindergarten students for the 2021-2022 school year on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.

The Glynn County Schools Parent Outreach and Support Website was created to allow families to easily access the information needed. Along with that, here you will find all Parent Academy resources. The Glynn County Schools Parent Academy was created to engage families in becoming full partners in their child's education by offering them training, information, and assistance.

All students approved for Glynn Virtual Academy are required to attend orientation with a parent/guardian to complete the acceptance process. This orientation will provide information to help you and your child make a smooth transition to virtual learning.

Each session covers both student and parent expectations, virtual learning protocols and a review of curriculum resources.

This additional preventive measure will improve our current contact tracing and quarantine efforts to decrease transmission of COVID-19 in our schools.

In our ongoing response to the unprecedented conditions surrounding COVID-19 in our schools and community, our current positive COVID-19 cases have escalated our operational level from Yellow Level to Red Level.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Glynn County Schools will offer a virtual option for K-5 in addition to grades 6-12.

Students, K-12, who are interested in the virtual school option are required to apply and be approved to participate in Glynn Virtual Academy. Additional details and the application are available at the link below.
